Camino Lakes Homeowners Association

Camino Lakes Homeowner’s Association, Inc. is a non-profit membership corporation. Its purpose is to promote the health, safety and welfare of the residents within the subdivision known as Camino Lakes Units 1 and 2. The Association maintains the lands, trees and lake, collects the annual dues, enforces the deed restrictions, and does other things that promote the common benefit and enjoyment of the residents.

DUES

The Association dues were $175.00 per year for 2024. They are billed in October, payable in November and cover the period: November 1 through October 31. They are kept low, but adjusted if needed annually.

INSURANCE

The Association maintains liability insurance on the common property and a liability policy on the Board of Directors.

CRIME WATCH

Call 368-6201 (non-emergency) to report any suspicious activity in the neighborhood.

Estoppel letter requests are $150 each (paid in advance) and should be mailed to:

Please allow 15 business days for processing. Emergency Estoppel Letter requests can be made by calling Tom Roegiers , Treasurer, at 561-445-9178 and will be completed in 48 hours, for the fee of $200 (payable in advance).
